What type of willow do your bats use?
All Machine Cricket bats are made using English Willow only. English Willow comes in different grades depending on the quality of the cleft. The top-grade bats are made from the highest quality willow, offering the best grain structure, performance, and appearance. As you move down the grades, the willow may have more cosmetic marks or irregular grains, but it still provides solid performance and durability for players at different levels.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Machine Crciket ships worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery times depend on the destination country.
Do your bats come pre-knocked?
Yes, our bats come well pressed and machine knocked-in during the manufacturing process. However, we recommend using the bat in nets for at least one session to get the feel of the bat
How long does delivery take?
Since all our bats are custom made and properly pressed and pre-knocked before dispatch, the preparation process usually takes 7–9 days. After dispatch, shipping typically takes 6–12 days, depending on the place of delivery.
Can I customize my bat?
Yes. Since every bat is custom made, you can customize it according to your preferences by selecting the available options while ordering. If there is anything specific you want that is not listed in the options, you can also mention it in the order notes, and we will try to accommodate your request.
